When we moved to new premises over 2.5 years ago we changed our phone system to Sietec VOIP. The changeover to the new phone system was seamless – hugely helped by the planning that went into the implementation and training processes. If we have any issues that occur on a day to day basis our main point of contact at Sietec is quick to answer – and thinks nothing of coming out to help. We have had a few changes of receptionists over our time with the Sietec system – but Stephen is very patient at ensuring they come up to speed. We have also found their forward thinking complimentary to our firm’s values. Sietec don’t always implement the first most obvious solution but will look at other options to ensure we get the right solution to the problem.
